Submission




Prospective authors are invited to submit an electronic copy of an original, unpublished work, not currently submitted for publication or for consideration elsewhere. Papers can be prepared as a Postscript, Pdf or Word document. Each paper must indicate the Topic Area or Focus Session to which it should belong and in maximum 5 keywords.  Each submission must include a cover letter containing the title of  paper, authors with their affiliations and the contacting author's name,  full postal address, e-mail address, telephone and Fax numbers. (If you plan to submit a paper to a Focus Session, you should contact with the Session Chairman)
 

There are two ways for submission:

Please name your file in both cases using the name of the first author as following:
    paper:      John S. Smith and Peter Cook. `FPGAs are the best.'
    name of file:    smithjs.ps        or     smithjs.pdf          or     smithjs.doc
    cover letter:     smithjs_c.ps     or     smithjs_c.pdf       or     smithjs_c.doc

If you make your submission by e-mail, your e-mail must include as a plain text the following information: the title of paper, including the filename, contactingauthor's name, full postal address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers.If you make your submission  by anonymous ftp, send also an e-mail including the same information.

All Papers will be refereed by three experts in the topic area. All  accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of conference by  CSREA Press in Hardcopy. After the conference, authors of best papers will be invited to submit an extended version for publication in an  International Journal (last year was The Journal of Supercomputing).
